How it works

1. Apply. Fill out the form below with your license, insurance, trades and service areas.
2. Get vetted. We check your license and bond on CSLB, review your insurance and workers' comp, call your references, and set up a short call to look at recent work.
3. Get introduced. When a homeowner's project fits your trade, area and size, we introduce you with a written scope and budget range. You bid directly, and the homeowner chooses.

What you get

• Up to three contractors per project. Never a lead sold to a long list.
• Bids compared on the same scope, so a complete, honest bid isn't undercut by one that leaves things out.

What we look for

• An active California (CSLB) license in good standing for the work you do.
• General liability insurance, and workers' comp if you have employees.
• Written, itemized bids with clear allowances and exclusions.
• Clear communication and follow-through on schedule.
• Recent references we can call.
