We do the vetting first and introduce you to up to three contractors from our network, free. Every name we send has been checked for an active license, insurance, and real local work. If you want help reading their proposals, we review them side by side and put it in writing.

How many contractors will I meet?

Up to three, all vetted from our network and matched to your project. You meet them, compare their proposals, and choose the one you want, or walk away.

How is this different from a directory or review site?

You aren't handed a long list to cold-call and sort through. You get up to three pre-vetted contractors, their proposals compared side by side, and guidance from someone on your side.

Is the match really free?

Yes. After you share your project and we have a short call to confirm it is a fit, we introduce you to up to three vetted contractors at no cost to you. Contractors pay a flat fee to receive the introduction.

What is the proposal review?

An optional add-on. Once the contractors send their proposals, we line them up on the same scope and send you a written report on what each includes, leaves out and costs, with the gaps to confirm before you sign. The fee is shown at checkout. See the sample report above.

How do contractors pay, and does that bias the match?

Contractors pay a flat fee to receive an introduction, the same whether you hire them or not and whatever the price. Nobody pays me more for a bigger contract. When you start a match, you are asking me to share your project details with up to three contractors we choose together, and no one else.

Do you manage the project or sign the contract?

No. The contract stays between you and the contractor. We advise and match; you stay in control of the agreement.
